SAVOURY / Dish name – Pea and cod bowl
The aim with this dish is to produce a generous casserole made from cod, peas and chorizo. Clean and dice half a tender onion and sear in olive oil, with salt. Add strips of chorizo, raw peas and good home-made fried tomato. Leave to cook for 10 min. Add some pieces of cod. Cook for a further 5 min.
Serve in the bowls.
